How do I place an order?

You can place an order by visiting our site ,browse through the categories mentioned and add products that you like to your cart.

In the revival subcatergory the prices of the sarees haven’t been mentioned . If you are interested in these sarees then please mention the sku and saree name in an email and mail it to us at

Once you have added the products and want to confirm the order the website with direct to our secured Payment gateway PAYU.

Enter your credit or debit card information or choose your bank for netbanking transactions, and click “Submit” along the bottom of the page.

  1. Depending on the type of card you own you might be directed to another site in order to verify your online password
  2. Your payment is processed in real time and within a few seconds you will receive a confirmation email from PAY U, and another one from us.
  3. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email from us with the name of the courier, and the tracking number. You can visit the courier’s website, and enter the tracking number should you wish to see where your shipment is

How will my order be delivered to me?

VIMOR endeavours to ship purchases within 48 hours of receiving your order. Shipping within India is a complementary service through a number of trusted courier companies. For internationals delivery the shipping charge is based on the weight of the package and the destination address.

How will I know if order is placed successfully?

During the payment process you will be given a confirmation that your credit card has been successfully processed. You will also be given an order confirmation number through an email from VIMOR

Do you take orders over phone?

Currently, we do not have a call in number for placing orders. Though you can email us at and place the order.

How do I check the status of my order?

You can mail us with the order id and the airway bill number and we will track the package and get back to you.

Can I cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel your order, get in touch with Customer Care within 12 hours of placing your order with your order number in order for us to confirm cancellation.  As long as your order has not been dispatched we can cancel it and refund your amount.

Can I place a bulk order for an item(s)?

Since all our products are hand woven and we change the colours often we generally do not have more than one piece in stock with us . If you want to place a bulk order you will have to write in to us  at, with the details and if we have the saree design still in production we will let you know the feasibility of producing it and the time frame required.

I am placing an order as a gift to my loved one. Will she receive the price tags and invoice?

We generally ship all our products with the price tags on. However if you want us us to send the package without the price tage,you can mail us with the order number immediately after placing the order and we will ship it out without the price tag for you.

Do you allow exchanges ?

Before you return a VIMOR saree, please take a moment to understand how our products are made. All our products are handwoven  by traditional craft persons in rural India, resulting in each product being unique and slightly different from each other.

Let’s not think of an irregular weave or print or a stitch as a defect. Handloom are always characterized  by these irregularities.

We will not accept returns unless the product has defect. In case the product has a defect it has to be sent back  to us with all the tags and original packing and we will give you a credit note that can be redeemed within three months.

Can I add an item to my order after I have placed my order?

You can add any number of products to the cart before you confirm the order .If you want to add more products after confirming an order , you will have to place a fresh order  for the same .

Why was my package undeliverable?

In case of International and domestic shipping the shipping company will attempt delivery 3 times at the delivery address specified by you in the order, before they contact us that your package is not deliverable. If you have not received the package, you can track the package through emailing us .  If the package status is shown as undeliverable please call the shipping company at their local number and quote your tracking number to trace your package.

How long will it take to receive my order?

In case of International deliveries your order will take approximately 10-15  business days to reach you and in case of domestic shipping i.e shipping within India it will take approximately 7-9  business days. We make every effort to process your order as quickly as possible. We usually require 2 working days to process your order.
