Cancellation and Returns

If you wish to cancel your order, get in touch with us within 12 hours of placing your order with your order number in order for us to confirm cancellation. As long as your order has not been dispatched we can cancel it and refund your amount.

In case we have already processed your order you will be advised that the cancellation is not possible. As we aim to maintain quick turnaround times on our order processing, dispatch and deliveries, we may not be able to support your request unless it is received within the stipulated time frame.

In rare cases when we are unable to deliver the product in spite of repeated attempts at the shipping address, an amount of Rs.700/- would be charged on the refund amount.


Before you return a Vimor saree, please take a moment to understand how our products are made. All our products are handwoven by traditional craft persons in rural India, resulting in each product being unique and slightly different from each other.

Let’s not think of an irregular weave or print or a stitch as a defect. Handlooms are always characterized by these irregularities.

We will not accept returns unless the product has a defect. In case the product has a defect it has to be sent back to us with all the tags and original packing and we will give you a credit note that can be redeemed within three months.
