This saree has been recreated from a very old patron of ours named Geetha. We found her paithani to be very different because of the line of zari motifs that were woven in the centre of the tissue pallu, also the other motifs on the pallu were very geometric. We decided to weave this saree in the south and do away with the tissue part. The saree is woven in pure silk and zari and comes with a blouse piece in the colour of the pallu.
