This saree is a design of an old saree that belonged to Chimy Nanjappa. A very traditional design with tiny checks woven in a buttery soft silk cotton. The fabric of the saree is a silk cotton, the warp being pure silk and the weft pure cotton. It is a very comfortable fabric and very easy to maintain. The saree is handwoven, has no zari and comes with a blouse piece.
