This saree is a design that Pavithra conceptualized this year.She used a traditional motif, the tuthiripoo and gave the saree a contemporary twist.The fabric of the saree is a silk cotton,the warp being pure silk and the weft pure cotton.It is a very comfortable fabric and very easy to maintain.The saree is handwoven,has no zari and comes with a blouse piece.
